Corporate stupidity is ruining this store
They sold us a couch with bed bugs in it, completely infested. Upon making thier manager at the time knowledgeable of our situation she refused to fix the problem, since ours was paid for, it was our problem; it took us almost a year to get rid of them, from our home. We had no idea there was a problem at first and for two months we thought we were going crazy, then the bug man explained how he has to treat thier warehouse all the time, were they keep old and new furniture that sell in thier retail store. Upon ripping the dust cover from the bottom of the couch, the magnitude of the infestation came to light. Customers beware, we had to throw out a thousand dollar couch, and it still took several months to finish getting rid of the bugs. And they still call us trying to sell us thier garbage, after nothing less then stealing from us already. Don't buy anything unless you have to here...........
