She put my computer together and destroyed an SD Card full of pictures. She forced the back onto the computer bending the card contained in the slot. She told me my kids did it, the cover on back of computer wasn't even on right. When I called her she yelled at me and my wife, she wouldn't cover damage. She Yelled like a crazy person on the cell phone. VERY unprofessional.
Put our computer back together with an SD card stuck in it and broke the small chip and bent the card adapter. Would not own up to it and take responsibility for the action and all we we're doing is informing them of it. Female on the phone was very childish and unprofessional. Yelled and screamed aty husband on the phone he had calmly told her about it. Very bad experience!!

Talked to Tracy on the phone - she said she wasn't sure what she could do to help me. Very rude and unprofessional. Wish she still had the old help.
