Took a phone to them after the charging port quit working. Dropped it off and was told they would look into it. After a couple days I called to check in and couldn't be given an update so I waited after I was told they would call back tomorrow. 3 days later and no phone call, I tried again. Was told the part would have to be ordered and I said that was fine. 4 more days go by, I call to check in. Hadn't ordered the part yet...I decide to pick up the phone and just take it home. I go to get it the next day and have to wait around town for 3 hours waiting for their "tech" to bring it back. Finally I get the phone and they failed to even put the original part back inside. Needless to say I won't be taking another phone there again after next to no customer service.
