Showed up to the store at 5:20 today. We looked at all of you're kitchen appliances. Meanwhile, not a single person in that store acknowledged our presence. You're two salesmen sat in recliners playing with their phones. We are shopping for all new kitchen appliances. I had cash money, ready to buy today. We will definitly be buying elsewhere! At least you get customer service at Sears or Fellows.
Friendly place to shop or visit, Karl's is staple here in the north Platte community and a great place to shop for appliances, furniture, and beds!
Very fun and friendly experience. The employees were also very knowledgeable of the area which helped a ton because we're new in town.
Decent product. Read the fine print on the extended warranty, it's an in store credit that has to be used within 3 months after the 5 years is up.
My husband and I were searching for a mattress set and found one we wanted but the behavior of the sales associate kept me from making my purchase. We were looking at the first mattress and the associate came over and plopped down on the mattress right next to the bed I was laying on. Every time we moved he moved too. I asked if the store had a satisfaction guarantee and he didn't know and said "It's somewhere over there" and pointed across the room. He then told us to "wake him if we made up our minds and he would ring us up" while laying on his stomach on one of the beds. I was so uncomfortable that we left and purchased our set from another store. If I could I wouldn't give Karl's any stars. I have made several purchases from here but sadly I will never purchase anything from there again. Management PLEASE train your sales associates to have tact when dealing with customers. We were in the store on 11/26/16 at around 2pm.
