Very good and kind workers here and if they don't have what you want they can order it. And prices are decent we go here for our parts.
They have a lot of great products you can't find at other auto stores. Friendly and they stand behind their products!
Very expressive! Employees not very eager to help .And when I go in a place to order a part for my car and the employees have no idea what I'm talking about. I will take my business elsewhere. Every other part store around here knew exactly what I was talking about and needed.
Very poor communication, and I now have to call their other stores to see if they have the part I need. In the beginning of the process they were very friendly and helpful. But the situation still is what it is. I wouldn't recommend using them if you are working on a time sensitive project. Everyone has a different experience. Hopefully this is a rarity :)
Friendly staff although they didnt know some basic information about the products being purchased.
Had to order a part, wasn't notified when the part was in. They sent the part back. Reordered the part and was told it would be in today. My husband went to get the part and was told it would now not be in for 2 more days. That wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't driving out of state tomorrow.
