We were traveling through Nebraska on our way home to Atlanta and stopped in because we were having transmission problems. James stopped what he was doing and checked out our vehicle running full diagnostics. He cleared the computer trouble codes and explained that we did not need any immediate repairs, but to take it easy on the way home. He would NOT accept payment and only wanted a handshake for his time.
You cannot find a more honest or knowledgeable transmission mechanic.
Highly recommended! Not that I would wish for anyone's transmission to break down, but you're in luck if it breaks down in North Platte, Nebraska. We were on our way to the Grand Canyon when our car died on the highway. We were towed to this place on a Friday afternoon in very low spirits. James managed to replace the transmission within 24 hours (even though it meant his team had to work on Saturday) and by Saturday noon we were off. They did a great job and we managed to complete our trip on schedule. They also gave us a 1-year warranty. James is good at what he does!
I am currently on my way back to Alabama from Washington state and the transmission went out in my RV. James, Justin and Regeana have been so helpful getting us back on the road. I can't remember the last time I have come across a company that was more honest, hard working, fair and just plain good. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone. Thanks to the entire crew.
