Friendly Fast Service. Amy at the counter makes you feel like the most important person in the room. Very helpful. Shane the mechanic was fast I really appreciate the quick service on the Holiday weekend.
Got me in right away, found my fuel filter water minder plug had a broken wire and fixed that. Could have been a little quicker but I don't like to sit. Was very disappointed in their pricing system, would like to see am all in price like TA, only reason why they get 4 stars, that and I had sticker shock on the bill, by I added an air filter cabin filter and Lucas, still spendy..
Driving down the interstate by Kearney and blew a tire on the RV. This is a Sunday holiday weekend. I called several Kearney, Lexington businesses and they either didn't have a tire or could:would not help us. Called Boss Tire in North Platte by Flying Jay. Amy was so very pleasant. She said they have our tire size and pull onto bay 1 when you get here. Talk to Amy! She is super!
These guys are amazing!! I had a tire blow on the interstate and this was the nearest place, as well as the only place open. I pulled up in my Scion Tc and they helped me in every way that they possible could (i.e. Called around to try to find me a new tire, double-checked the spare I had put on, filled it the rest of the way up, and took a look at my blown tire to make sure the rim was okay). If I could give a million stars, I would!!! Thanks so much!!!
My auxiliary fuel tank wasn't transferring fuel to the main tank and it ran out of fuel less than 4 miles from them, they claim to do road calls but wouldn't even bring me a piece of hose to transfer the fuel myself, not very impressive for a shop
