We were traveling from Wisconsin to Colorado when we blew a camper tire 30 miles east of North Platte. We called Nebraskaland Tire and they said they had replacements in stock. Once I arrived, they had me back up by the service bay and started swapping out the blown tire and the other crappy Chinese tire I had on my camper with Goodyear. The prices were very reasonable and the service was great. We we're back on the road within an hour. Thanks Nebraskaland Tire!!!
Had some car troubles yesterday on the interstate and two employees waited for us to arrive and they could have went home. That type of customer service is hard to find and we greatly appreciate everything they did for us!!!
Excellent service. Mike was super friendly and helpful in helping us pick out new tires. While traveling on vacation we had a tire go bad. I am thankful we were close to Nebraskaland! They were prompt and got us back on the road. Since its a Good Year store, I now have nationwide access for my warranty. 5 stars!!
Recently on a long road trip from Colorado to Wisconsin, it was late evening on I-80, roughly 10 miles from North Platte, and my pickup truck hit metal debris on the highway - puncturing my front right tire. Thankfully I had just enough air remaining make it to a decent North Platte hotel, where I swapped out the flat for my spare. Before dozing off I Googled reviews for local North Platte tire establishments. The highest rated was Nebraskaland Tire, and so I arrived the next morning at their 7:30 a.m. open. The three guys who ran the place couldn't have been more friendly, more helpful, and more determined to get me quickly back on the road. By 7:55 a.m. I was heading east again on I-80 only $21.50 poorer. Fifteen miles into my morning trip I regretted not leaving the guys a decent tip, and so instead determined to write a favorable review.
Great service! We had one of our RV tires unexpectedly shred on a road trip. We showed up before they opened and they were very helpful in getting us all fixed up. The service was excellent, helpful and quick. I would highly recommend Nebraska Tire!
