Very unhelpful, asked for info over the phone, they knew what was wrong but wouldn't say, all they would say is "you don't take your car to a dealership and ask what's wrong with it and take it home and fix it yourself". Well yes I actually do and I will buy my parts there even if there over priced like NAPA and recommend to everyone how helpful they were. Not at NAPA

They currently have two of the biggest tools running the counter. What kind of employees talk about worthless customers in front of customers ? Then tells customers one of their employees are stupid and retarded ? Cant beat the NAPA Brand but their counter help sucks ! Except Stu, Stu is a great guy!
