Did not have a pleasant experience with this business. Dog accidently broke one of our windows so I called them up on a Friday (the day it happened 8/18). The lady was very rude to me and didn't seem to care about getting our window fixed on Saturday 8/19 even though Larry's glass is clearly has hours posted online for Saturday. They even threatened to charge double which is not right because again, they are open on Saturday. Clearly a business that does not care about the little guy.
Absolutely terrible response time. I first contacted them 3 mos. ago and we still haven't gotten an estimate. In addition, I've had to call them for updates and haven't heard anything independently of me contacting them. Would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
Its Been 5 Months and my Business door is still not repaired.. If a business says they will be down and fix a business door and forgets to even call after a month of waiting and have to call them and bug them to even come down! time find a new place that will actually do the job.
Friendly staff. They do a great job with your window needs. They will come out and do an estimate and tell you what you should have done.
Same as always, helpful, friendly, and quick and very reasonable and excellent work and they always find a way to make the finished job better.
