This is a great place! I was driving through on my way home and my jeep started acting up. I gave them a call and was told to stop on by to see if they could help me out. I was there less then 3 hours and I was back on the road. Great customer service, Very friendly people, and the car worked great! I would recommend them to anyone I know!
they always treat me great and I have great luck with both the sales and service. I would recommend to anyone. If they don't have want you want new or used they will get it quickly.
Truly great service from there service department. My Jeep was having major issues while I was going from MN to AZ and they where the closet dealer. They seemed pretty busy but he saw I was traveling and threw me on the lift right away and had his top tech diagnose the issue. I had to wait over night for parts but that was fine after the quickness of there work. I new right away I was in good hands.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Left my brand new vehicle for 4 days to get fixed and nothing was fixed. I did not get a phone call or a note in the vehicle letting me know what was going on so I took my vehicle. I then find out the parts were ordered and were there the next day, now because apparently not one person in the service department knows how to use a phone. Now I am suppose to take time off work, use my gas and mileage to take it back two hours from where I live so they can fix my under warranty vehicle. Wow one phone call could have saved me a lot of money. Oh and according to the GM they are not obligated to fix RAM vehicles even though they are a dealer!!! Worst customer service I have ever seen, definitely taking my business to someone who appreciate their customers.
The guys in the service department really went out of their way to help us out. They were extremely knowledgeable and I couldn’t thank them enough.
