She also is great about following up and making sure that if we have anything else that needs done or questions, it gets taken care of.

We recently broke down in North Platte NE and had to be towed. We were on our way to my mother's 90th birthday celebration. With our camper in tow, the AC compressor clutch and all seized up. The service writers and tech were wonderful, courteous, and despite our being overheated and moody for poor roadside assistance, helpful in every way. The eased our mood and went out of their way to get us back on the road in less than 24 hours. Although we paid dealer prices for our repairs, we are extremely pleased with our service and treatment by the staff at Bill Summers Ford. Thank you again for all your help.
I'm a little ticked off. The Dodge Dakota that we bought started to act up and we mentioned this to the salesman. He said the mechanic said it was the heatshield and it would be almost nothing to fix. So we took it home. Well the sound still grew and now my husband has taken a better look at it and it needs a new drive shaft. There's nothing wrong with the heatshield but I'm having to pay 147.00 for a part on eBay to pay for this. My husband lost his job only four days later so he didn't have the time to look at it until a month after we bought it. I don't recommend them
