They remember my name when I come in for service appointments (just maintenance, the cars are great), and she still calls and checks to make sure I'm happy every so often. Best dealership and best salesperson I have ever worked with.

We were travelling on I-80 when our low tire pressure light came on. None of the air pressure systems were working at any of the gas stations, so we pulled into the Bill Summers Nissan dealership. The staff showed us amazing customer service, especially Sam. We are loyal Nissan customers and appreciated their help!
Our van broke down on I80 outside of North Platte coming home from vacation...the alternator went bad. The service folks at Bill Summers were very nice and helpful. They got a new alternator put in quickly. The price was fair for the work done. Hopefully we don't break down on I80 again, but if we do I wouldn't hesitate to go back here.
My husband and I were on a road trip with our newborn son who was sick when our tire light flashed. We were a bit stressed and pulled over to check our tires and no gas station had a working air pump. Bill Summers staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
