The staff were absolutely terrible. I called earlier that day to confirm our reservation and let them know we'd arrive at 10:00 pm. He said no problem, the room's reserved. We arrived and the man at the front desk said there were no rooms available and they were completely booked. I said we had a confirmation number and he said no rooms. No help, no apology. Asinine encounter. We were stranded at 10 pm. They had my phone number on file and should have given me a call to let me know that they had overbooked. Or they could have told me when I called 4 hours prior that the hotel was booked. Ridiculous.
Only stayed one night but was very happy. Clean place friendly desk clerk. Had a king size bed and fell in love with it. Shower was good hot water lasted.plenty of things close by. Would stay again.
I had to call five times (literally) to even talk to someone to make a reservation. The man, Rodger, I spoke to was rude and not helpful. I had simple pricing questions and he was very short with me. I proceeded to book two nights. My friend (who booked another room) and I both checked in with the front desk. Customer service was awful. I have never seen such a negative employee. The rate I was given was not correct for one. My ID was not checked which is interesting. Kinda scares me the anyone book a room with my car.
No smiles or simple manners were given.
Rest of room was pretty average. Wifi was okay; not the best I've had.
A few other friends were needing to book a hotel room the following week. They asked my opinion on our stay. Told them it was the worst hotel I've stayed at.
I then go to my room. Bathtub is filthy. I doubt they really cleaned it. I didn't even want to call the front because I knew she'd have a fit.
During our check in, a different customer explained that his key still wasn't working. She then barked "did you try it slow?" He said yes. She had him try it in front of her several times and then she literally rolled her eyes at him even when it truly was not working. Poor guy.
The following day we checked out. Took us 20 minutes. Not to mention my friend received someone else's receipt.
Don't let the exterior condition fool you, this place is pretty nice inside. The staff is personable and just to the south there is a small diner that delivers to the rooms.
So far it's been amazing. Checked in at 11pm on the 18th staff was really friendly and helpful. No complaints and I'm on night 2 of 3... Bed was great needs more pillows but still great
