I was very impressed during my stay at the Comfort Inn. For the price I paid, it was the nicest place I'd stayed in a long while. I felt completely comfortable in the room, the desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Absolutely no complaints.
Unlike online guest room photos, room looked dated and dark. Nice enough, clean and tidy but a lower quality hotel; barely fair for the price. Fine for a place to lay your head overnight but not for an extended stay. The breakfast buffet is serviceable and included a waffle station - a nice feature. But the coffee is horrific -- nearby McDonald's to the rescue!
Reservation was for King suite with hot tub. Didn't have one available, went ahead and charged me the rate for King suite with hot tub. Need was hard, had a pillow top on it that slid around on the bed and made it lumpy. No salt or pepper to be found at breaker, didn't see anyone to ask until I had already ate breakfast. Woman at front desk when I left was too buddy coloring is drawing or writing, not sure which to raise her head either time I walked by. AC/heaters are old, need to be updated so you can set a temperature. Called back and they did refund $10 for the over charge.
Stayed one night in this hotel with family while on a cross country trip. Nice place with a historic veterans memorial close by. The staffs were nice and the checkin process were very quick including room service. Room was clean and spacious. Parking here is free. Breaksfast was very good. Overall stay is good and would stay here again.
Upon arriving, we found out that our room had been double booked and someone was already in it. The staff got us another room but it was a smoking room, so back we go to the front desk. This time she gave us a non smoking, king size, with a jacuzzi! !! A HUGE upgrade and we were very pleased with the room. Would definitely stay here again, maybe they will mess up our reservation again?!? Ha!
