Friendly, gracious, and kind management, but the walls are paper thin. The neighbirs TV was blaring all night, didn't get a wink of sleep.
My stay here was great and my room was very clean and everything worked fine. The internet was up and running my whole stay. The owners and staff were very nice and very helpful. I will always stay at the Blue Spruce every time I'm in North Platte.
Don't have anything negative to say. At any point I had any issues they were addressed immediately by the owners and staff. Extremely helpful positive owners and I'll be back!
Well to start off with when i was trying to find the motel. I wasn't looking for Blue Spruce Motel I was instead looking for the Blue Moon Hotel. Finally i pulled up to Walmart witch isn't that far away from the motel just a few blocks from the motel and was looking and realized i was looking for the wrong motel. Now when i knew it was the Blue Spruce Motel it was easily found. When i got there the owner check me and witch she seemed nice. We were also talking about the room and got talking about a few other things and i told her i know how that is due to my aunt and uncle owning a hotel. She also asked if i could leave her a review on expedia due to only having two and one was a lie. Now i told her i didnt go off the review on expedia cause theres a few on google and you told them how it is........... The room was a good room everything worked. HOWEVER if you a person who travels gose to hotels and dont bring your own shampoo better go get some or ask at the front desk because i didnt notice any. The hotel is also by a few fast food restaurant like subway dairy queen also by a gas station and again a few blocks from walmart and its also close to interstate 80. I will stay here another time if im ever up this way again. Heck might even be this coming up summer if the railroad sends me up this way again. Now Cheryl if your reading this I hop you found the key in the mail box i forgot to tell you i was also a early riser, and i didnt see a little box to slip the key in.
Very rude. I wanted to check out at 6 am. Was yelled at and told they weren’t a 24 hour facility. Had to wait 30 minutes in 10 degree weather for assistance.
