My husband and I were interested in some property listed by this company so we scheduled an appointment to see the place. The realtor was over an hour late for our initial appointment. He didn't know much about the property and once we got answers to our questions, he failed to submit our bid in a timely manner. Albeit, we were not very demanding and probably far more tolerant of the poor service than we should have been. And because of that, another buyer was given the opportunity to outbid us. There are things we learned in the process, but I would not have the confidence to ever list my property with Lashley Land.
I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from this place. They have a realtor named mahaila bots. She works harder at getting the deals to go through than she does to help them to point first time buyers seek their dream. Smh. She needs to have her realtor license takin away.
