Do NOT rent from these people! Absolutely terrible experience. They required me to pay money so they could do a background check before they would even show me any rentals. Everything they showed me was way below standard but I was desperate in a town with few options so I rented from them. They spent my whole tenancy telling me how I was one of their best customers then when I told them I was moving out they started to treat me terribly. I could do nothing right with them. Then to top it all off they stole over three hundred dollars of my security deposit claiming "cleaning fees". The place was cleaned from to to bottom before I left but they wouldn't know that because they didn't even inspect for weeks after I handed I'm my keys. Save yourself the hassle and the frustration and rent from someone else with a slightly higher moral code. These people aren't worth it!
Very friendly and professional service. They were very helpful in showing us the rentals that fit our budget. When we've needed repairs we called and they arranged it right away!
