I was at North Platte for a family reunion
and the problem was found, not only the the customer agent reviewed my plan and discovered I was eligible for a tablet
Thought you guys were a transparent company thought there was no hiding anything.
I walked in and the store was completely torn apart, stood there for more than 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged my presence. There were six others waiting too for 2 clerks. Horrible customer service
Within 15 minutes my phone was checked
If I were you I'd take your money else were. Where the employees dont speak falsehood and that your unlimited is truly unlimited....there are a out 3 I can think of off hand that are the same price.
New to your service so far been great (no kinda)....about a month now. Got to tell you loving the falsehood in statement made by employees. Was told I have unlimited plan, was told I could use as a mobile hotspot to run my tv and other devices and it would work great....ya for a day and then i am out of data...
The internet, I was able to find a store
So 45 minutes later I was walking out the door with my smartphone fixed and a tablet .
Matt...is Awesome. Great customer service...he is probably the reason I never switch carriers!
I can't say enough good things about this store and the service I received from the customer service people.
And my smartphone was not pulling up
