Stopped in for an air leak repair. These guys behind the counter totally refused me. They where extremely rude, with very poor customer service. They wouldn't even look at it. Very dissatisfied. I would advice everyone not to go to this location.
They only have 2 bays. 2 mechanics, 1 works on Cummins and cat and the other paccar. Now you get towed in waiting all night with both bays empty only to find out the guy that just pulled up has a reservation. I don't think so. This place is to small to take reservations. Should be 1st come 1st serve. And it's a 90% chance they will have to order you stinking little part. Been there 3 years and just now got a sign up. Guess the reservation thing isn't making the money after all. You want to make like the rirz and take reservations then build a bigger shop.
