They didn't have a tire of the size needed. Don't have table to remove rear tire. Busted tpm need to replace my cost. Mounted tire going in wrong direction. Going to have to have dismounted and remounted balanced at my cost. 3.5 hrs to do the job. Other than not knowing how to repair or replace a tire they was friendly. That stop cost me lots of money!!!!!!!
I worked with the Dealership to pick up a new bike and scheduled to pick it up. When I got there it was ready to go and they got me in and out of the door in around 20 minutes. I did notice I was missing a bracket for my seat, but I called them and they got it to me in about a week and were very nice about it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new motorcycle!
