Very fast customer service! Called one morning and they were here to fix it the same afternoon! Always very friendly and always giving suggestions!

Very quick Service when called to inspect my hot tub for repairs. Unfortunately they did not authorize the repairs before repairing the hot tub and just sent a bill in the mail. Also they have over 200% mark up on the parts from what can be found on the internet for the same part number. I understand having some mark up but over 200% mark up is a little extreme in my opinion.
