Would give zero stars to this very unprofessional company!! Make sure if you use them you ask to see licenses!! You're paying for a professional,they send people who don't know what they are doing.make sure you get what you pay for!!

Chad was great to have come & fix my ac! Thought I woke the receptionist up tho. Too bad she doesn't enjoy her job.
They were supposed to call before they came but did not.
The guy that came to our house was very eager to help and fix the problem, but the people in the office are very rude. The hours that people are in the office are terrible. I work and called to speak with someone on my lunch break, no one was there, called after work they were closed, called before work they were closed called on the weekend and again no one in the office just the rude lady that answers the phones and could not give me an email of someone to contact with my billing questions. I was just told she doesn't have that information and hung up on me. When I finally snuck out of work to call them during "office" hours they did not want to answer any of my questions and was even more rude when I asked if I could pay my bill over the phone. Jeez your a business don't you like to get paid after a job is done. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on
