It was nostalgic to see a retail movie rental shop, but the experience was deflated by terrible customer service.
Every time. We get the 5 ,for 5 deal we always have one or 2 not working.....and they won't let you change to a different movie bs it is
I asked the young guy at the counter if they had Beauty and the Beast available for sale. He offered to search the inventory in the computer, but first answered a phone call. He ignored me while discussing business with the caller (they had $1,000 in revenue the night before). I wandered out after 5 minutes of solitary waiting.
