I have trained here. You will be completely impressed. North Platte has a world class martial arts school. Who would have guessed? They teach realistic self-protection. This isn't Hollywood silliness. I guarantee you that you will learn a lot and have fun in the process. Great adult instructors teach technique that ANYONE can learn. Trust me, this is better than I can describe. From youth students to 70 year old students, I have been shocked many times on what can be accomplished with commitment and hard work. They have a great introductory program, so that you can try it out. I was in my 30's the first time I did a class. I thought that there was no way that I could handle this. I have a blackbelt now. It's one of the greatest feelings in the world! Give them a call. They are easy to talk to. No pressure. You'll be glad you did!
