I enjoy going in to get what i need but anytime i call, doesn't matter what department, im waiting for 10 minutes before i give up and just go. Please get better phone customer service.
I picked up my purchase outside and observed the young man at security remove a couple bags of concrete out of a customers pickup at the security stop point. It's really great to see a young person do such a great job for his company. Not all young people would care enough!

Menards has the lowest quality products around. Sometimes I just have to go there for whatever reason. They are what they are, the Walmart of lumber yards.
Good hardware prices, and 3/4 of the grocery section IS CHEAPER THAN THE LOCAL GROCERY STORES.
