I usually don't go here for gas because it's a little more expensive, being in the middle of town and all, but I've never had a problem with the gas or customer service, just keep in mind you can find cheaper gas.
Windshield wash fluid smelled like dead fish. Both bathrooms were shut down.
Obviously this place is geared towards people traveling but I was disappointed to find that they advertised a cheaper super unleaded gas and then charged people more for the regular unleaded knowing that is what most people get through force of habit. We travel through North Platte fairly often but won't be coming back here anytime soon. I'd suggest you do the same and head to one of the other gas stations available.
