They always do an amazing job at handling, processing, and insuring the delivery of all our packages coming in and going out. The delivery individuals are always well-spoken and polite. was in the store getting the addresses for shipments from the computer when some guy walks in and strikes up a conversation with the counter person and starts talking rudely, loud and obnoxiously... they're talking about his family and the UPS female employee's family, small-talk, etc. I had not turned around to look, thinking this was some regular local customer and I could not understand why he seemd to be just hanging around loitering until I realized it's one of the delivery drivers standing there being the typical arrogant loud showy and angry hispanic guy, the kind you deal with on the street... I will not be using UPS any time soon... then the all-female run shop is entirely rude to me, practically molesting my package's contents disrespectfully... a woman with a child walks in and they're super nice to her... I will not spend my money with UPS moving forward, solves that

UPS driver did not wait for me to answer the door and left no notice on my door on a very important business package I am expecting. Highly dissapointed in the caliber and when called the story to try n track it down very unhelpful. Hopefully they will be able to resolve this issue
