The office staff sucks for prescription refills and medical records transfer. I highly suggest that if you are looking for a doctor, DO NOT use this office. The actual doctors are great, the personnel whom are in charge of the records, are WAY below par of professionalism and will not follow through for record keeping. I give the staff, NOT the medical doctors, a 0 on a 1 to 10 scale, a ZERO. Seek another PROFESSIONAL office. Make sure you watch the prescriptions that are called in by the staff, my daughter was prescribed allergy medication from the doctor, but instead was given birth control at the pharmacy. I know this is not the pharmacy's fault because this was not the first time at a different pharmacy that a mix up occurred while using this "medical" facility. My suggestion, find a smaller office with fewer patients.
