Dr Gosnell is an excellent Dr. She was my doctor. I am disabled. I missed appt because I was literally so sick I was literally being carried out of my house. Her office 'fired' me as a patient - because of missing that appt. leaving me without medical care. In year and a half since her office staff has been rude and unhelpful. making it difficult for me to even get my medical records. Even threatening me after they lied about trying to return my recent calls (my home phone number hasnt changed in 6 yrs and is in phone book). When a friend went in to pick up a release form... the office staff was making rude comments about me. Will be updating previously filed complaints with medicare and champva re ethics and privacy violations
