EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I reserved a car online at this location and after walking for an hour to get there I find their doors locked at 2:30pm (middle of working hours) When I called them they simply stated they don't have any cars to give me. After reserving and paying for a car. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.
Nice staff, however, the first time I rented there I was given a Ford Fusion basic package. It smelled like smoke, literally like a bar full of bikers rode around 4th street in north platte smoking marlboros. I reported this and the lady genuinely seemed shocked that someone would smoke. I was given another fusion but had to pay four dollars more a day for this. Apparently I have to pay for their failure to clean their vehicles properly. The second (and hopefully last) time I rented, I was told on the phone that a fusion would be available for me on a monday morning. I walk in at 745 (15 minutes after opening) and there was no fusion. The person argued that I was mistaken. Oh well. The next vehicle was fairly new but already had a giant brown stain on the passenger seat and the carpet honestly wasn't clean to begin with. I return the vehicle with several pieces of candy stuck on the carpet from a two year old child and am informed I will have to pay $100 to have it detailed. Sadly, North Platte does not have many choices, so this is about the best you can do.
Don't expect them to hold a car if you make a reservation. I had a reservation over a week in advance and they called 15 hours before my reservation to tell me they didn't have a car. There wasn't enough time to make other arrangements because it was late afternoon when they called. Don't plan a road trip, reserve a hotel, or make any appointments if you need a car from them because they do not know how to honor reservations.
There's HERTZ car rental place at the North Platte airport a couple miles away. They were able to get me a car right away and without reservation. They even kindly picked me up and gave me a cheaper better car. Much much more reliable place then this one. I will call corporate office to file a formal complaint for their extremely unprofessional conduct.

Service here is terrible, the woman helping me, Haley yelled and cursed at me. Enterprise you need to correct this now. I was supposed to have a van, made the reservation 2 months in advance and they did not have it ready. I would never recommend using them again.
