Twice we said "16 oz latte's" and she said "our small is 16oz" then we get 12 oz handed to us! Over $10!! And lousy coffee anyway!
I would rate this a negative number if I could. Two times I asked for a 16 oz latte when ordering. Went up to pay and was handed a 12 oz latte. Complained, and the lady said our small is a 16 oz. Idiot. We have our own stand. How can someone working at a stand NOT know the difference between 12 oz & 16 oz cups??? And $10?? And NOT to make it right when we complained??? Beware!! Poor customer service!!
This is a great coffee shop to go with friends. They have great tasting coffee and an assortment of snacks to choose from.
Very friendly staff and great selection of Scooter items. One of the best white chocolate mochas I have ever had. Don't waste your time on Starbucks.
Ladies were great, coffee was great. Too bad it is too far from home.
